GYMNASTICS and TUMBLING
Tot Tumbling - For boys and girls ages 3-5, our Tot Tumbling program is offered as a precursor to Progressive Gymnastics. Parent involvement is welcomed but not required. General motor skills as well as basic tumbling skills and use of equipment are taught to enhance coordination and balance. Offered on a seasonal basis.
Sessions are Tuesday's or Thursday's from 5pm - 5:45pm. In order to allow more children to participate, each Tot is only allowed to register for either Tuesday or Thursday.
Progressive Gymnastics -For boys and girls ages 6 and up, our Progressive Gymnastics program coaches children through three levels of ability with progressively advanced skills and use of equipment. Our Progressive program is a feeder program for gymnasts that wish to join our competitive gymnastics team. Offered on a seasonal basis.

If you have a child in the YMCA Childcare program, this class is just for them! The class will be offered for Preschoolers on Tuesday's from 3:15-4pm and for Pre-K kids on Thursday's from 3:15-4pm. Space is limited! Forms can be picked up from the childcare director and MUST be turned into the front desk. Dates will follow the same as the above tot tumbling classes.
Becky is offering Prosecpt Classes for those who are interested in joining the team. Each individual must reach out to Becky for a time to meet and gain more knowledge on this class. This class will meet twice a week during team time. The registration form can be found here.
Y youth sports programs promote healthy kids, families, and communities by placing priority on family involvement, healthy competition, the value of participation over winning, and team building. Parents are encouraged to be more than mere spectators by contributing their time as volunteer coaches and team parents as well as being their kid's number one fan. Team youth sports and sports clinics are offered on a seasonal basis.
As of November 24, the rock wall will be closed. During December and January our staff will be tearing down and resetting the climbs on the wall. Check back in January to learn when it will be open again! Thank you for your patience!
Open Climb- Day and time TBD. Our trained staff are there to assist anyone new to the sport with getting gear on and belaying. Open climbing can be a great way to get the whole family involved in an activity! Cost for members: $5, non-members: $15.
Rock Climbing Team - The YMCA Climbing Team is for experienced and novice climbers starting from age 6 and up. Our head coaches Broc Phillips and Sara Galbraith, are trained and experienced in the sport and have a passion for sharing their knowledge! Team members will learn various skills from belaying and knot tying to what it means to be on a team and how to work hard while having fun. Pracitces will consists of climbing and body weight exercises specific to rock climbing. In order to ensure sufficient climbing time for all team members, we have split our team into A and B teams. Team practices start January 20th and 21st.

The Y offers seasonal adult leagues to promote healthy living throughout the lifespan. Life can get busy and become stressful and these leagues are a healthy way to have fun, stay active, and relieve stressors.
Winter Volleyball League
We offer three seperate leagues. Tuesday night women's legue (recreational play), Wednesday night co-ed league, and Thursday night women's league (more competitive play).
This winter the league will be 10 weeks regular season with 2 weeks for playoffs. Games will run between 6:30pm and 9:10pm and each game will have a referee.
The league starts the week of February 18th and will end the week of May 5th. There will be a Team Captains meeting on Wednesday, February 12th at 5:30pm, in the YMCA Meeting Room.
Each team must have a team captain and can have up to 12 members. Each team member must sign the group waiver form found on the registration form.
Cost: $240 per team *payment is due at registration.
